Meaningful brand experiences are built through strong visuals and fresh concepts.

At the core of these experiences is a Senior Graphic Designer responsible for delivering client creatives on time. They will lead the creative execution across print and digital platforms, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.

This role requires a deep understanding of color grading, design principles, and editing techniques. The ideal candidate should also be able to adapt design styles across diverse brands and industries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Client Deliverables: Taking ownership of all design outputs, ensuring timely delivery with high creative standards.

• Print Design Expertise: Designing and finalizing brochures, flyers, hoarding ads, newspaper ads, and other print materials, with complete technical knowledge of print processes.

• Digital Design: Developing engaging and aesthetic visuals for social media clients, aligned with brand preferences and identity.

• Typography & Aesthetics: Using strong typography, layouts, and creative direction to elevate brand presence.

• Reels & Motion: Conceptualizing and designing aesthetic, brand-suitable reels and video content for social media platforms.

• Team Management: Guiding and managing junior graphic designers, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.

• Speed & Quality: Working quickly without compromising on creativity, finishing designs at a higher professional level.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.

• Strong understanding of color grading, design principles, and editing techniques.

• Ability to adapt design styles across diverse brands and industries.

Video editing and reel creation skills are mandatory.

Bonus Skills:

• Leveraging AI tools in design workflows for efficiency and innovation.

• Ability to finalize designs faster with a professional finishing touch.
