Senior Data Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design and build high-performance data infrastructure in complex telecom and ITAM environments.

About the Job:

  • This is a key role within our product development team, responsible for developing robust ETL pipelines using DBT, SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Database Management: Develop high-performance database structures and queries for telecom and ITAM analytics.
  • Integration Architectures: Design and implement data integrations between legacy telecom systems and cloud-based ITAM platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Data Migration: Lead data migration projects and ensure enterprise-grade data quality.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: 7+ years of SQL database development experience (MS SQL Server required), 5+ years of experience with modern ETL tools, and 5+ years of BI/reporting experience (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau).
  • Domain Knowledge: Telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS systems, network infrastructure) and ITAM expertise (software/hardware lifecycle, license compliance).
  • Cloud Experience: Cloud experience (AWS, Azure) and programming skills (Python, R).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
