Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Blackline administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing user access, ITGC controls, and maintaining master data.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Blackline User Access Management: Grant, modify, or revoke user access as needed.
  • ITGC Controls: Submit and perform ServiceNow vs. Blackline reconciliations, handle user access issues, provide training, and conduct data quality checks.
  • Maintain Master Data: Create organizational structures, assign new accounts, reassign existing accounts, maintain account groups, rules, and settings, and perform quality checks.
  • Data Interface Activities: Communicate with the IT and Closing Teams, set period defaults, run interface jobs, load accounts currency, perform manual data loads, and conduct data quality checks.
  • Reporting: Generate global reports for quarterly submissions and monthly reviews, regional center reporting, and status updates to various stakeholders.
  • Audit Support: Facilitate walkthroughs of accounts, provide copies of reconciliations, and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Blackline Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and versatility to handle multiple tasks and challenges.
  • PREFERRED: Sound knowledge of SAP and flexibility to operate in shifts.
