Job Title: Building Management Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer to join our team. As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of building management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, with experience in building management systems, HVAC systems, and control systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Installation: Design and install building management systems, including hardware and software components, to meet the requirements of large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Testing and Commissioning: Test and commission building management systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • System Integration: Integrate building management systems with other building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on building management systems to ensure they continue to function correctly.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in building management systems, HVAC systems, and control systems.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building management systems, HVAC systems, control systems, and programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
