About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to oversee stock replenishment for our quick commerce operations. As part of a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand, you will ensure optimal inventory levels, timely replenishment, and operational efficiency across our micro-fulfilment centres to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels at dark stores and coordinate timely stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Sales Trend Analysis: Analyze fast-moving SKUs and consumption patterns to ensure demand-based inventory flow.
  • Vendor Coordination & Inbound Planning: Liaise with central warehouse, vendors, and logistics teams to manage inbound schedules.
  • Stock Receipts: Ensure timely receipt and storage at dark stores.
  • Stock Accuracy Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure system and physical stock match.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of store executives/associates handling replenishment, picking, and put-away.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree: Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in inventory/replenishment planning, preferably in Q-commerce or D2C retail.
  • System Knowledge: WMS/IMS systems and Excel-based reporting.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
