Job Overview:

  • This is a challenging position for an experienced professional in internal auditing to lead risk-based audits across various areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a candidate who can build and deliver annual risk-based audit plans, run engagements from start to finish, and provide clear reports with actionable recommendations.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing controls, as well as managing senior stakeholders and leading audit teams.
  • Additionally, the role requires excellent client communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to travel as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Certified Accountant (CA) with over 10 years of experience in consulting or CA firms, with hands-on internal audit experience and leadership skills.

Skills:

  • Risk assessment, control testing, report writing, and excellent client communication and negotiation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Delhi-based professionals willing to travel; prefer mid-tier consulting or CA firm experience with robust IA exposure.
  • Not considering Big 4 firms, Genpact, or industry-heavy profiles.
  • Must be able to originate and convert opportunities and nurture client relationships.

90-Day Objectives:

  • Day 30: Finalize risk-based plan, align scope and timelines with stakeholders.
  • Day 60: Establish controls documentation/testing cadence, deliver first reports with agreed actions.
  • Day 90: Launch lightweight monitoring dashboard, show remediation progress, contribute one qualified BD lead.
