Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Deservely. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale distributed services, as well as frontends that interact with the backend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop large-scale distributed services
  • Develop frontends that interact with the backend, including routing, state management, authentication, performance, etc.
  • Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, stability, and security of the platform as a whole
  • Design and develop effective RESTful services and APIs
  • Collaborate with key internal partners to determine how to scale and implement frontend UIs
  • Organize technical documentation
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Take initiatives in developing and maintaining integrations of best practices within the backend
  • Able to create unit testing and integration testing scripts for developers
  • Help identify systemic issues, performance bottlenecks, and work on design/architectural improvements
  • Perform code reviews and define characteristics of high-quality coding standards
  • Ensure responsiveness of applications across all platforms and devices
  • Integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Implementation of security and data protection
  • Design and implementation of data storage solutions

Requirements

  • 5 years of post-academic experience in a software engineering role
  • 5 years of proficiency in building full-stack applications using NodeJS & ReactJS
  • Experience with continuous software integration and deployment
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (GIT), Lint tools (ESLint, SonarLint)
  • Proficient understanding of security principles
  • Good understanding of the Architecture/AWS Services
  • Experience on data segregation/partitioning

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced collaborative environment and handle multiple projects
