Job Description
The Business Process Consultant Leader will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and improvement of our business processes. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the implementation of CMMI Level 3 processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement optimized processes, conducting internal audits to evaluate process adherence, and providing expert guidance to consulting delivery teams on process-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science. Certification in CMMI Level 3 or similar process frameworks is highly preferred. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in process consulting, process improvement, or similar roles with direct experience in CMMI Level 3.
