We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Financial Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime Gold or QuickBooks, maintaining general ledger, balance statements, and P&L accounts.
  • Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations, cash management reports, process accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile financial statements.
Other Key Responsibilities
  • Raise invoices to clients based on sales terms, maintain legal contracts and agreements with clients and partners, and prepare, send, and store invoices.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, review staff reimbursements and expense vouchers, and collaborate with administration for employee travel requests and project-related expenditures.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file tax deductions and goods and services tax on a regular basis, ensure all statutory compliance filings are completed accurately and on time, and identify and address discrepancies in accounts, invoices, or tax filings.
  • Assist the finance team in monthly and year-end closing processes, generate reports on accounts payable/receivable, cash flows, and project-wise expenditures, and maintain both electronic and hard copies of financial reports, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts administration, hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • A strong understanding of payroll, tax deductions, goods and services tax, accounts reconciliation, and statutory compliance, as well as meticulous attention to detail and trustworthiness with financial data.
