**Job Description:**

The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for clients, addressing complex network issues including network configurations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting connectivity problems.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network infrastructure, including Azure Networking services, and extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting network issues.

  • Provide advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex network issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve advanced network-related issues.
  • Take ownership of escalated network issues from lower-level analysts and provide in-depth analysis and resolution.
  • Create and maintain detailed records of client interactions, network issues, and resolutions.
  • Identify and create detailed knowledge base articles and run books to provide guidance to lower-level analysts.
  • Identify potential network issues and recommend improvements to clients' network environments.
  • Implement proactive solutions to enhance network performance and security, minimizing the risk of downtime and data loss.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of network infrastructure, including Azure Networking services.
  • Extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Expert-level technical skills in network configurations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting connectivity problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
