Job Overview

The Treasury team requires an exceptional professional to manage daily banking and treasury functions. This role demands advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Bank Reconciliation: Verify accuracy of financial transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  2. Treasury Operations: Manage cash flow, investments, and other financial activities to maximize returns and minimize risks.
  3. Payment Gateway Reconciliation: Ensure seamless integration with payment systems, reconciling all transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Accounting Support: Provide technical assistance to the accounting team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  5. Advanced Excel and Data Analysis: Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  7. Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generating regular reports to stakeholders as required.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required.

2. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or reconciliation roles is preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of operating Tally accounting software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
