Pyxera Global is seeking a part-time local project coordinator to support a global pro bono program in Bengaluru, India. The selected candidate will provide project management and logistical support to high-level corporate volunteers.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and select potential host client organizations and develop Scopes of Works (SOWs)
  • Support client organizations in preparing for corporate volunteer arrivals and ensure stakeholder meetings are arranged
  • Participate in conference calls with corporate volunteers and provide guidance on SOW delivery
  • Act as the on-the-ground interface between Pyxera Global and partner organizations in Bengaluru
  • Prepare financial and final program reports
Logistics:
  • Assist in procuring accommodations and transportation for corporate volunteers
  • Coordinate program launch and closing events for corporate volunteers and host client organizations
  • Prepare guides and suggestions for project participants
  • Orient new corporate volunteers upon arrival
  • Manage project travel logistics for corporate volunteers
  • Monitor and advise on security arrangements for corporate volunteers
Requirements:
  1. Must be based in Bengaluru with in-depth area familiarity
  2. College degree in project management or related field
  3. Minimum 5-10 years of experience
  4. Exceptional writing and communications skills
  5. Ability to conduct Gap and SWOT analysis and develop consulting Scopes of Work
  6. Experience working with cross-cultural teams and/or skills-based volunteering programs
  7. Flexible and able to work in a team and individually with limited supervision
