Visual Brand Identity Specialist

We are seeking a talented Visual Brand Identity Specialist to elevate our visual brand identity.

The successful candidate will design high-quality concepts for marketing and branding initiatives across channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.

They will develop and maintain our brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual elements, and create captivating visual assets for landing pages, email templates, and social media campaigns.

Additionally, the candidate will design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials that align with brand aesthetics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualize and execute creative designs for marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines for consistency.
  • Create visual assets for landing pages, email templates, and social media campaigns.
  • Design marketing materials that align with brand aesthetics.

Preferred qualifications include 3-4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, working with North American clients, as well as proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), FIGMA, or similar tools.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing and video editing, excellent communication skills, knowledge of the latest design trends and industry best practices, and a detail-oriented approach to design.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating blog illustrations and featured images.
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition for impactful visual communication.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
