About Venture Capital Investment Role

  • This is a highly sought-after position that offers hands-on experience in early-stage investing, startup evaluation, and portfolio company management.
  • You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain insights into deal sourcing, due diligence, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Evaluation: Conduct thorough market analysis, evaluate products/services, assess teams and business models, and identify potential risks. Prepare detailed investment notes on potential opportunities.
  • Due Diligence: Support the investment team in commercial and financial due diligence, and coordinate with professional firms to oversee their findings.
  • Deal Sourcing: Assist in identifying new opportunities from founder networks, investment bankers, and startup ecosystems.
  • Portfolio Management: Engage with portfolio companies and assist in preparing updates and research strategies.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Attend industry events, network with founders, accelerators, and fellow investors.

Requirements:

  • Possession of NISM Series XIX-D certification is mandatory.
  • Passion for startups, venture capital, and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market trends and business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
