Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software testing, with experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure seamless product execution.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to resolve defects and improve overall quality.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive test documentation to support QA workflows.
  • Conduct thorough manual testing and develop automated test suites to accelerate release cycles.
  • Evaluate usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Track and report bugs using industry-standard tools, such as JIRA or Trello, and manage testing cycles efficiently.
  • Contribute to process improvements and release management best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to drive continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Strong proficiency with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with automation tools is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
