Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization & Communication: Develop and communicate innovative design concepts that resonate with clients, backed by smart rationales.
  • Design Execution: Create and present high-quality designs, storyboards, and final deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm and develop compelling campaigns that exceed targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with writers and designers to ensure seamless integration of copy and visuals, resulting in impactful and memorable designs.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution is an advantage.
  • 2-4 years of experience in mainline and digital advertising, with a focus on visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, web standards, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
