We are seeking an experienced Test Data Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of test data strategies that drive business success.
Total Years of Experience: 7 to 9
Relevant years of Experience: 5 to 6
Mandatory Skills:
  • Test Data Management Practices (SIT, UAT, Regression, E2E, Parallel Testing)
  • Test Data Strategy (Develop, Document, Implement and Execute)

- Strong understanding of US Healthcare Payer Claims Migration Experience is required
Alternate Skills:
  • Test Data Automation and Enterprise Information Tools Experience
  • Database Technology capabilities and related tools
  • Excellent Metadata management skills

Detailed Job Responsibilities:
Develops, advocates, and maintains policies and principles of test data strategy.
Collaborates with project teams to analyze information needs and develop test data requirements.
Assists project teams with data analysis and data management processes.
Supports program or project needs by researching existing data domains.
