Job Opportunity

The Data Domain Architect Associate role within the Analytics Solutions and Delivery (AS&D) team is a highly coveted position in Workforce Planning. As part of this esteemed group, you will be responsible for delivering data automation and visualization that supports multiple Workforce Planning functions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to data mining architectures, modeling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologies.
  • Identifying new opportunities to bring process improvements and automate functions on new technology platforms.
  • Communicating data findings through engaging stories.
  • Assessing complex situations, identifying critical elements, and implementing rapid prototyping & deployment of existing capability to the target state platform.
  • Working with business domain experts to identify relevant data for analysis.
  • Developing new analytical methods and/or tools as required.
  • Responding to and resolving data mining performance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, SQL tuning, data validation, dimensional and relational data modeling.
  • Understanding and hands-on experience of designing and implementing ETL processes.
  • Experience using Alteryx, delivering reports and insights, data analytics inference, and visualizations.
  • Experience on Data Migration projects.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years or Master's+ with 4+ years of experience operating as a reporting and analytics professional.
  • Experience with Python, PySpark, and microservices (AWS) is beneficial.
