Stealth Technocrats: We are hiring for two pivotal roles - Online Bidder (BDE) & Business Development Manager (BDM) in our offices at Mohali and Noida. Fresh graduates can also apply if they want to kick-start their sales and business development career in the IT industry.

The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn, generating leads, and converting them into potential business opportunities. They will maintain client relationships, ensure project closures, coordinate with the technical team for project estimations and proposals, write compelling proposals tailored to client requirements, handle pre-sales activities including requirement gathering and negotiations.

In addition to these tasks, the Business Development Manager (BDM) will oversee bidding along with the team, develop strategies to expand business opportunities, convert business ideas into successful projects and revenue streams, coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, guide the team in writing proposals, manage and mentor the sales team for achieving targets, build strong client relationships, negotiate contracts effectively, collaborate with the technical team to finalize project scopes and delivery timelines, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis to improve business strategies.
