Job Overview

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to lead the development of our web application.

This individual will be responsible for owning and evolving the frontend architecture, leading design and implementation of scalable and maintainable UI features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and functional features.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern web frameworks, strong UI/UX sensibility, and proven leadership skills. They will also possess a strong foundation in software engineering principles, including SOLID and DRY, and experience working with modern frontend tooling such as Vite, Webpack, and Babel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership & Execution:
    • Evolve the frontend architecture to meet business needs.
    • Lead design and implementation of UI features.
    • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver functional features.
  • Team Mentorship & Code Quality:
    • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and mentorship.
    • Establish and enforce coding standards and modular design practices.
  • Frontend Development & Integration:
    • Develop responsive and maintainable UIs using React, Vue, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
    • Work with modern state management libraries and build shared component libraries.
  • Performance, Accessibility, and Testing:
    • Optimize applications for speed and accessibility.
    • Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
    Required Skills:
    • 6+ years in frontend development with experience in React, Vue, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
    • Proficient in component-based architecture and scalable CSS.
    • Deep experience integrating frontend with REST and GraphQL APIs.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Full stack experience with Node.js or serverless backend environments.
    • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
    • Leadership mindset with ownership of delivery and quality.
