Finance Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements;
  • Manage statutory filings and compliance with the Companies Act, income tax, TDS provisions, GST, and financial statements preparation;
  • Monitor and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal or compliance issues related to statutory filings and financial statements;
  • Provide accurate and reliable financial information to clients;
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to statutory filings, compliance, and financial statements;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of finance operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in finance operations, statutory filings, and financial statements preparation;
  • In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, income tax provisions, TDS regulations, GST laws, and financial reporting standards;
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools, including Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial statements and compliance filings;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to address complex financial and compliance issues;
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and delivering exceptional service.
