We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be working closely with customers to deploy solutions across global customer deployments. Your role will involve taking a hands-on approach to the deployment of our product to meet customer requirements, collaborating with our engineering team to develop deployment plans, and improving the product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Python programming, DevOps, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to read, develop, debug, and maintain automation scripts/code independently, and have a solid understanding of application architecture, design, and data flow.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be a test expert on our operational analytics solution for networks, applications, and security workflows;
  • Take a hands-on role in the deployment of our product to meet customer requirements;
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to develop deployment plans for POC, and lead to completion of deployment;
  • Improve the product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in Python programming;
  • 1+ years experience in DevOps;
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Information Technology;
  • YAML Expertise: Proficiency in YAML syntax and its usage for configuration and data serialization;
  • Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure;
  • Solid understanding of application architecture, design, and data flow;
  • Ability to read, develop, debug, and maintain automation scripts/code independently.
