As a seasoned MLOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of machine learning to drive business growth and innovation. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be at the forefront of AI-driven decision making. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge ML solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Your work will involve:

  • Deploying and managing machine learning models in AWS environments (SageMaker, EC2, Lambda).
  • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows using tools like Gitlab, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and Jenkins.
  • Designing and managing scalable, reliable, and cost-effective AWS infrastructure for ML workloads (S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Implementing monitoring and logging solutions to ensure models are performing as expected (CloudWatch, Sagemaker Model Monitor).

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related fields.
  • Ability to drive requirements, follow-up, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services like SageMaker, EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of data engineering tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes or Docker.
