Seeking a seasoned Wealth Management Expert

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored investment solutions to clients and overseeing the growth of their portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their financial objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Investment Advice: Provide expert advice on investments, recommending tailored strategies to meet clients' individual needs.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Monitor and adjust clients' portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with their goals and risk profile.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, keeping clients informed of any significant changes.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our client base.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in wealth management, preferably within the stock broking industry.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to build and maintain a successful client base, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex investment issues.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Client Retention: Increase client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and tailored advice.
  • Asset Growth: Effectively manage clients' portfolios, driving asset growth and increasing AUM.
  • Profitability: Balance revenue growth with cost management, meeting or exceeding profitability targets.
  • Compliance: Maintain high levels of compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
