As a seasoned technology leader, you will drive the technical direction of our backend systems and lead engineering initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot technologies.
  • Architect and implement scalable microservices and robust API designs that meet our business needs.
  • Guide the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture to ensure excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives and goals.
  • Drive initiatives in continuous integration, continuous deployment, performance optimization, and system reliability to improve overall efficiency.
  • Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering standards and best practices.

Professional Requirements and Expertise:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development and software engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with a strong foundation in programming concepts.
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices architecture with experience in designing and implementing scalable systems.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Domain-Driven Design principles.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and techniques, as well as AI/ML integration.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
