Role Overview

This is an opportunity to set the design tone for brands and oversee campaign communication to completion.

Collaborate with brand strategy, creative copy, and associate teams to develop innovative content that increases awareness and solidifies consideration.

The role involves interpreting creative briefs, understanding brand objectives, and designing requirements from concept to execution.

Apply design thinking to solve brand challenges, lead the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums, and produce creative content that engages target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts
  • Design brand identity, digital communication, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication
  • Develop brand strategies and create visual concepts to support them
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life
  • Continuously improve skills in graphic design, branding, and advertising

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in digital design and advertising (up to 2 years)
  • Love for pop culture and marketing
