Director of Software Engineering

We are seeking a skilled Director of Software Engineering to lead our product teams in delivering robust cloud-based solutions that drive enhanced customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about software engineering and has experience in public cloud migrations of complex systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver cloud-based solutions.
  • Guide product teams on standards and best practices related to the Public Cloud process.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain established standards and best practices.
  • Own end-to-end platform issues and problem management.
  • Implement continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of applied experience in software engineering concepts.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate, and solve complex technical items.
  • Strong understanding of business technology drivers and their impact on architecture design, performance, and monitoring.
  • Dynamic individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinker with business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Certification.
  • Experience in working in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Passionate about building an innovative culture.
  • Ability to program with one or more high-level languages.
