Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and editing visual content that effectively communicates messages and enhances brand identities. This includes creating captivating designs, engaging videos, and graphics across various mediums.

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will collaborate with stakeholders and other team members to conceptualize, design, and edit graphics and videos. They must have knowledge of the latest design trends and software, as well as excellent communication skills.

  • Develop creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects.
  • Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends.
  • Produce content to be posted on social media platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for:

  • Establishing creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
  • Creation of video concepts such as promotional videos, short videos (reels) for brand awareness.
  • Editing and manipulating video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos.
  • Understanding the narrative and objectives of the video content and developing a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques.
  • Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
