Executive Brewer

As the Brewery Operations Manager, you will oversee end-to-end plant activities to ensure seamless execution, workplace safety, quality assurance, and alignment with strategic objectives. This leadership role demands robust operational expertise, exceptional team management skills, and a proven background in the craft brewing industry.

• Direct and coordinate daily brewery operations to achieve production targets, product quality standards, and timely delivery
• Enhance production capacity, optimize resources, and minimize costs while maintaining product excellence
• Oversee production output, product quality, and on-time shipping schedules
• Implement tactical initiatives and provide clear direction to teams
• Monitor operations, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions
• Bolster, manage, and develop a high-performing plant workforce
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and occupational health and safety standards
• Develop and implement systems for tracking productivity metrics, performance indicators, and cost efficiency benchmarks
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve product quality concerns and address customer satisfaction issues
• Manage plant resource allocation, forecasts, and expense controls
• Promote process improvements, innovation, and lean manufacturing practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Address employee concerns and maintain positive working relationships

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Craft Brewing Industry, preferably as Assistant Plant Head, Operations Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role
• Thorough knowledge of brewery production processes, quality control measures, and occupational health and safety regulations
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse workforces
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Experience in process optimization, cost reduction, and lean manufacturing best practices
• Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and best practices
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and communication software
