We are seeking an Audit Senior to join our team, specializing in U.S. Commercial Real Estate audits.

\

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact audits in a rapidly evolving industry.

\


As an Audit Senior, your primary responsibilities will include:

\

• Performing and assisting with audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS.

\

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements and evaluating internal controls.

\

• Assisting with the coordination of day-to-day duties, including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up.

\

• Developing reasonable time budgets and coordinating audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines.

\

• Mentoring, training, and supervising lighter-level staff.

\

• Contributing to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel.

\

Position Requirements:
• CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm.

\

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to US Offices.

\

• Strong organizational skills & multi-tasking abilities are required.

\

Industry exposure: Commercial Real Estate

\

Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.

\

Ability to work well independently but also work well with others.

\

Approaches projects with a sense of urgency.

\

Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

\

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

\

Knowledge of Caseware, Caseview or IDEA is a plus.

\

Job Location: Hyderabad or Ahmedabad

\

Work Timings: 10:30 AM IST-7 PM IST

\
