About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate our platform's functionality and performance.
  • Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, and edge cases before they reach users, guaranteeing seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce issues and triage effectively.
  • Validate new features and perform regression testing on critical paths to ensure continuity and stability.
  • Built and maintain automation suites using frameworks like Selenium and Playwright to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to catch issues early and frequently, reducing downtime and improving overall quality.
  • Monitor automation coverage and expand it strategically across high-impact areas to maximize returns on investment.
  • Analyze test failures, investigate root causes, and log detailed issues to drive improvement and growth.
  • Document test cases, QA strategies, and known issues clearly and accessibly to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Share quality-focused insights during sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives to inform decision-making and drive progress.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing—manual and automation.
  • A solid grasp of QA fundamentals, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
  • Experience with bug-tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Proficiency with at least one automation framework (Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail, a curious mindset, and a relentless drive for product quality.
