As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will oversee the quality assurance efforts for our web domain project.

This role requires a skilled professional to develop and implement test strategies, ensuring the overall quality of the project.

You will lead and manage a team, including mentoring and providing guidance, to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications.
  • Lead and manage a team, including mentoring and providing guidance.
  • Manage testing for high-traffic and high-visibility client sites.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Manage workload and provide support in resolving issues.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies.
  • Manage complex quality assurance challenges and issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in software QA testing roles.
  • Excellent analytical and logical skills to strategize testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or Mabl.
  • Good understanding of web-based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ideal experience with Linux environment.
