- Review and QA final images before client delivery to ensure consistency and quality standards.

- Track daily workflows and flag potential delays or issues.
- Document and enforce retouching SOPs and style guides.
- Provide feedback to junior retouchers as needed.
- 5+ years of professional photo retouching experience.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflows.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior QA or project coordination experience is a strong asset.
- Work remotely with a global creative team.
