Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Interior Design Project Leader to spearhead our interior design initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and interpreting 2D/3D drawings across all disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.)
  • Identifying design gaps and anticipating potential execution risks
  • Validating and reviewing work orders, BOQs, drawings, and related documentation
  • Developing detailed project execution schedules with clear task inter dependencies
  • Conducting regular site inspections and monitoring remotely to ensure quality control
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timelines
  • Providing technical guidance and instructions to Site Supervisors (Project Executives)
  • Sharing timely site updates with customers and maintaining smooth communication
  • Acting as the link between Designers and Clients during the execution phase
  • Updating project trackers, summaries, and circulating weekly progress reports to stakeholders
  • Analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions, and overseeing execution
  • Acting as the custodian of quality, ensuring adherence to checklists and work method statements for superior outcomes
  • Collaborating with internal teams on SOP development, pricing strategies, and new initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships while promptly addressing vendor concerns

Requirements include:

  • Graduate in Management/Construction Management, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes
  • Strong background in Project Management/Engineering/Architecture with 3+ years of experience
  • Hands-on experience in site execution, particularly in home renovation projects
  • Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and mitigate risks proactively
  • Process-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly proactive, organized, and skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn
  • Prior experience in Project Management/Operations is mandatory
  • Exposure to operations-driven startups is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with strong analytical skills
