Job Overview

The Chief Marketing Officer will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at generating leads and increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that integrates inside sales efforts with initiatives to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • SEO & SEM Management: Oversee all aspects of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to improve visibility and drive targeted traffic to our websites.
  • Web Development Oversight: Collaborate with web development teams to ensure that our websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance, incorporating the latest technologies and trends.
  • Creative Design: Guide the creative design process to produce compelling visuals and marketing materials that effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with target audiences.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement a cohesive branding strategy that aligns with the company's vision and mission, ensuring consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Public Relations Management: Develop and manage comprehensive PR strategies that enhance the company's reputation, manage media relations, and promote positive stories about our brand and services.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Event Marketing Leadership: Design and implement strategic event marketing initiatives, including conferences, promotional events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • 18+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation, SEO, SEM, SMM, Web development, creative design, Branding, Events, and Public Relations, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive results.
  • Strong presentation skills with compelling narratives and data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends, with a willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
