As a UX Design Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the digital experience for our customers. Your expertise in user-centered design will drive the creation of intuitive and efficient interactions across web and mobile platforms.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding a team of designers and researchers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining information architecture and UX documentation, as well as collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure feasible and user-centered solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the UX design process, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping
  • Designing wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
  • Maintaining information architecture and UX documentation
  • Collaborating with product managers, developers, and tech teams to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions
  • Presenting design concepts to stakeholders and iterating based on feedback
  • Managing and mentoring a team of UX designers and researchers

Requirements for this position include:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design
  • A strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design or equivalent experience
