HR Professional

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and well-presented HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and confidence in handling telephonic conversations.

• Make outbound calls for recruitment and follow-ups.
• Screen candidates over the phone and schedule interviews.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
• Support day-to-day HR activities and documentation.
• Handle basic administrative and front-office tasks when required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable in making calls.
• Good presentability and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Freshers are welcome; internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
