The School ERP Lead plays a crucial role in implementing, developing and managing the School ERP system.

• Implementation: The successful candidate will drive end-to-end implementation of the School ERP system, ensuring alignment with institutional needs.
• Customization: They will customize ERP modules based on school requirements, including admissions, attendance, grading, fees management, staff management, inventory, etc.
• Integration: The School ERP Lead will oversee integration of the ERP system with existing IT infrastructure and ecosystem.
• Data Management: They will ensure data integrity, accurate data migration from legacy systems, and regular data backups.
• Security and Support: The School ERP Lead will define and manage data security protocols, user access controls, and provide hands-on support to end-users.
• Training and Analysis: They will design and deliver training programs, analyze existing school administrative processes to identify automation opportunities, and propose process improvements using ERP capabilities.
