Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement cloud-based solutions for seamless migration from on-premises or other platforms.

- Develop and optimize continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines to ensure high availability and security.

- Utilize Terraform and Ansible for automated provisioning and configuration management.

- Foster collaboration and technical excellence in a team of 15-20 engineers.

- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in cloud environments.

- Implement best practices for identity management, access control, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in DevOps.
  • Expertise in automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services, including virtual machines, Kubernetes, networking, and security.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
