Job Title: Creative Motion Graphics Expert

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing impactful animated explainer videos, as well as supporting various digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create engaging motion graphics for video deliverables, including corporate videos, solution explainers, and marketing demos.
  • Develop design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects.
  • Create and deliver motion graphics across various media channels, including web and mobile.
  • Collaborate with the creative lead and writer to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, and other elements for graphic design.
  • Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
  • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and experience with 3D animation tools (Autodesk 3ds Max, Maxon Cinema 4D).
  • At least 1 year of experience in motion graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and respond to feedback and direction from stakeholders.
