Urban Frame is a knowledge-based design practice in Bengaluru, engaged in Architecture, Interior Design & Master Planning.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead and guide a team of Architects/Senior Architects on projects from concept design to handover.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will manage the design and delivery for a range of project types in various settings. They will ensure that every project is aligned with the design goals of our clients and strive for excellence in design.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Collaborating with team members & digital designers and all project stakeholders to initiate the design concepts and develop it to detailed level
  2. Leading the communication between the project team, clients, PMC, Contractors and consultants
  3. Ensuring all work is carried out to the requirements of the client, with the design team and delivering a high-quality and timely product to the client
  4. Anticipating and resolving complex technical and design issues as they arise during the project
  5. Providing design and technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve design and technical challenges
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
  • Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in Real Estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects
  • Experience in leading, managing and mentoring project teams
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills
