Job Title:

Sr. Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. AI/ML Engineer to contribute to the development of intelligent, scalable, and impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and software development, with 3-10 years of experience in:

  • Machine Learning: Developing and deploying ML models, working with large datasets, and ensuring model accuracy and reliability.
  • Software Development: Proficient in Python, software development best practices, and agile methodologies.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, ability to provide expert advice, and a coaching & knowledge sharing mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, production-ready applications using machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ML models.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging tools and frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience in machine learning and software development.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Proficient in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
