Job Title: Womenswear Designer - Luxury Ready-to-Wear Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Womenswear Designer to join our team at Reflect Sculpt Private Limited. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating luxury ready-to-wear designs for our womenswear division.

  • Conduct research and create mood boards to drive the direction of our ready-to-wear line.
  • Develop and refine designs through brainstorming, sketching, and ideation.
  • Source new fabrics and embroidery materials that align with our brand DNA.
  • Oversee the execution of sample development, from concept to completion.
  • Create digital artworks and sketches that meet our design standards.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Degree in Design from a reputable institution.
  • Experience working with luxury pret brands and export/buying houses.
  • Understanding of Gaurav Gupta's brand vision and customer profile.
  • Expertise in Indian embroideries like Zardozi, Aari, etc.
  • Proficiency in software such as MS Office, Procreate, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
