About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Practice Manager to lead and drive our SAP SCM practice, ensuring excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.

You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing a team of SAP professionals, and fostering relationships with clients to transform their business process.

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Oversee the SAP practice operations in MM/WM, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects.
    • Lead, mentor, and build a team of SAP consultants and specialists.
    • Conduct Trainings and Interviews.
  • Strategy and Development:
    • Develop and implement practice growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify market trends and emerging needs to enhance service offerings.
  • Client Engagement and Delivery:
    • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction through quality delivery.
    • Act as a senior point of contact and escalation for client issues.
    • Individual delivery contribution of minimum 75%.
  • Business Development:
    • Support sales teams in pre-sales activities.
    • Participate in business development presentations and client meetings as needed.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage the SAP practice budget, including forecasting, allocation, and utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 12+ years) in SAP MM consulting/project management or consulting, with a track record of leading teams of at least 10 persons.
  • Deep understanding of SAP S4 products and solutions, including recent trends and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and team members.
  • SAP certification is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily office-based at Bangalore with flexibility for remote work.
  • Occasional travel to client sites and industry events.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP S4 products and solutions, excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
