Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the formulation development and research team in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for regulated markets. Your expertise in process optimization and technology transfer will ensure seamless product transfers between development and manufacturing.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive capacity enhancement, cost reduction, and time cycle reduction projects. Your analytical skills and strong understanding of regulatory guidelines will enable you to review and approve departmental SOPs ensuring compliance with cGMP and CQA guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Formulation Development Expertise: Proven experience in developing various dosage forms with strong knowledge of process optimization.
  • Technology Transfer and Scale-up: Hands-on experience in transferring technologies and scaling up products.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines such as USFDA, EMA, WHO.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
