Job Title: Condition Monitoring Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Condition Monitoring.
In this position, you will provide engineer-level support for the condition monitoring of rotating equipment and ensure their optimal health and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out detailed analysis of condition-based data and monitor and analyze condition monitoring vibration oil analysis wear particle thermography etc.
  • Identify inherent conditions leading to Rotating Equipment failure through various operational machine condition monitoring parameters.
  • Prepare Corrective Actions recommendation on observed fault defect initial damage report to Maintenance follow up and closing.
  • Aim to prevent failure of Rotating Equipment using all possible condition monitoring data information analytical tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Accredited Vibration Analysis training Cat I.
  • Knowledge of Condition Monitoring Data system like CSI Emerson SKF and GE System 1 SmartSignal various oil analysis techniques wear particles thermography etc.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Formal trainings in Condition Monitoring subject's techniques from vendors consultants reputed technical training institutes.
  • Certification in condition monitoring techniques.
  • Experience in Power Refinery Petrochemical Industry.
