As a Finance Manager you will partner with the business unit to ensure P&L transparency & accuracy and drive the business towards targets & operational KPIs achievement. Your in-depth knowledge on financial/management accounting principles will help us accurately reflect the business performance.

Key Areas of Focus
  • Business Financial Insights: Evaluate and report on key financial metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Financial Impact on Strategy Execution: Analyze and advise on the financial implications of business strategies.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the organization.
  • Controls, Compliance & Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of experience in finance in manufacturing setup, preferably from FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking & leadership abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively & understand business issues outside of one's area of expertise.
