Nouryon is a global leader in the production of specialty chemicals, with a diverse range of products that are used to manufacture everyday items such as personal care products, cleaning solutions, paints, coatings, agriculture products, food ingredients, pharmaceuticals, and building materials.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Process Analyst to join our team. This role will be based in EMEA and will support the Order to Cash process for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial processes and high-quality services delivery to departments including Customer Service, Sales Team, Account Managers, Credit Control, and Logistics
  • Ensure alignment with business needs and compliance with SOX regulations
  • Deliver customer satisfaction through effective cash application, coordination with credit teams for remittances, and issue resolution

About The Job (Key Responsibilities):

  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, manage competing demands, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members, managers, and external partners
  • Improve processes and efficiency through data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in order-to-cash processes, preferably in BPO or shared services environments
  • Working knowledge of SAP (FBL5N, FBL3N, FBL1N) and FSCM
  • Proficient in Excel and fundamental formulae (vlookup, sumif etc.)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, covering Europe and APAC regions
