Swedish Language Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Swedish Language Content Specialist to create high-quality educational content, lead a small team, and provide strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in the US market.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both Swedish and English, experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and leadership skills necessary to mentor a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Design and develop engaging Swedish language learning content tailored to the needs of the US market.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Swedish and strong English communication skills.
  • Content Creation Experience: Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
  • Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Curriculum Development: Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Swedish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
