Job Description

As a member of our team, you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals. Your role will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality products by implementing robust testing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating detailed test plans and test cases to cover all aspects of our portal's functionality
  • Performing testing on individual components and their interactions to verify correctness
  • Identifying defects, documenting them, and working with the development team to resolve issues
  • Testing portal performance (speed, load times) and user experience to ensure it meets performance standards and is user-friendly

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with QA engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans, reviewing and analyzing system specifications, executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results, and reporting bugs and errors to the development team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in software testing, automation, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, automation, and quality assurance
  • Experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and JMeter
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks and regression testing
  • BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/Any Graduate degree
  • Government experience required
